This coming weekend is Father's Day, as well as the annual timeline living history event at Fort Meigs in Perrysburg Ohio. If you want to pretend to be The Doctor or some other kind of traveller through spacetime, come on down this Saturday and Sunday, 9-5, and see soldiers and warriors from Roman and Viking times to Vietnam and modern wars. Adult admission is $9, which gives you access to such demonstrations and performances as medieval jousting, 30-years war pike training, cannon demonstrations, World War Two weapons and equipment, singers and storytellers and more.
